We currently serve Spain, Portugal, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden, Norway and Ireland.
Shipping costs
The cost of shipping is fixed by destination, does not vary based on weight or quantity.
- Peninsula: 4,95 Euros.
- Portugal: 7,95 Euros.
- Balearics: 9,95 Euros.
- European countries: 13,95 Euros (France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands).
- European countries: 16,95 Euros (Czech Republic, Denmark, Liechtenstein, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia).
- European countries: 23,95 Euros (Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Croatia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Romania, Sweden).
- Ireland: 26,95 Euros.
- Norway: 33,00 Euros.
Customs Taxes for International Shipments
In case of extra customs charges, they will be paid by the client (€ 18 for package clearance + customs taxes). This is a required condition to be able to receive the merchandise. In case that this payment is refused, the cost would fall on the part who arranged the shipment.
Delivery term
Shipments from 1 to 3 days for Spain and Portugal, and from 3 to 7 days for the rest of Europe (Work days). No deliveries are made on Saturdays and Sundays, or on holidays.
The term can be varied depending on the timely availability of the item in the warehouse. If we can not fully or partially service the order, we will contact you through your email and / or the telephone number provided, to confirm the order or to proceed with the cancellation of the order and refund of the amount.
Delivery of the purchase
You can track the purchase from your private area (My Account). If there is any variation in the order status, we will send you an email. Once delivered to the transport company you will be sent a link to follow the delivery.
Return of products
The term for changes and returns is 15 calendar days from the receipt of the order, in case of change of model, color or size is free in national territory (not valid for other countries), and the return will be charged shipping costs and return.
To request a return, send us an email to info@marieshoes.es indicating the order number, name, surname and address where the shipment was made.
Credit card
You can make the payment of your purchase with your credit or debit card. The payment is made through a secure connection directly to the banking entity in charge of the transaction, in this case with Caixabank. We will never have contact with your card details.
MasterCard, Maestro visa and Euro6000 cards are accepted.
Paypal
This system allows you to pay as a Paypal user or using your credit or debit card. As with a bank payment gateway, we will not have access to your card details, will be transmitted securely and your information will be protected.
Cash back
You can pay for your purchase when you receive it at home. We recommend having the amount prepared on the arrival of the dealer. The shipping cost is € 3 for purchases up to € 100 and 3% for € 100.
Wire transfer
Another form of payment is by bank transfer from your bank to the account indicated during the purchase process. Only the order will be processed once verified the entry in the account (can take a few days). To expedite the process you can send a copy of the transfer issued by the bank to the email info@marieshoes.es
Picked up at the store
In the process of purchase you can choose the collection in store. The order will be collected upon presentation of the confirmation of purchase confirmation that we will send you as soon as you have completed the purchase process. Once the order is ready we will inform you via email or message and you can come to pick it up and, if necessary, pay the amount.
